One of our favorite renovation projects was the ‘Lady Isle’ in Portsmouth, NH
We breathed new life into this Belle Isle home from the 1900’s! A gem in the waters of Portsmouth NH, minutes from downtown, yet nestled in a country setting. 6800 square feet of Cherry Coffered Ceiling and Kitchen Cabinets, Italian Marble Floors in bathrooms, Brazilian Granite Counter Tops, and clear Maple Floors. Finely apportioned with window seats in each of the 5 bedrooms, three fireplaces, and a view in every direction that rivals the best of seaside hotels! This beauty sold in 2015 for $6.2M!
